Samantha McAtee founded Capital Care Staffing with a mission to provide dependable, compassionate, and high-quality nursing staff to the facilities that need them most. With nearly 20 years of healthcare experience, she brings a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for supporting both clients and caregivers.
Her leadership is hands-on, heart-first, and rooted in real relationships. Samantha takes pride in building a team that reflects the values Capital Care was built on: reliability, professionalism, and genuine care.
Outside of work, Samantha’s world revolves around her family—her husband, their three boys, and their beloved dog. Whether it’s golfing, boating, traveling, or simply enjoying time outdoors, she loves making memories with the people who matter most. Grounded by family and fueled by community, Samantha leads with purpose in both life and business.
As our Scheduling Manager, Megan plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Her exceptional organizational skills, calm presence, and deep understanding of our staffing needs make her an essential part of our leadership team. She brings years of experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to supporting both our clients and our staff.
A lifelong friend and trusted right hand to our founder, Megan exemplifies the teamwork and dedication that define Capital Care Staffing.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, recharging in nature, and indulging in her favorite hobbies like crafting, puzzles, and the occasional well-earned nap.
Sabrina brings over six years of experience in outside sales and a passion for connecting with people to her role at Capital Care Staffing. She focuses on building strong client relationships and sharing how our team can provide the highest level of care and support for healthcare facilities. Known for her friendly approach, reliability, and clear communication, Sabrina loves helping clients find solutions to their staffing needs.
Originally from a small town in Colorado, Sabrina enjoys an active lifestyle, especially playing volleyball. At home, she loves spending time with her two bulldogs, Murph and Chubbs.
