  • Capital Care Staffing partners with accredited Assisted Living Communities, Long-Term Care Homes, and hospitals in Nebraska. We do our best to place our healthcare professionals and workers in their respected healthcare environment.

  • Capital Care Staffing requires the following for hire but is not limited to:

    - Active certification/license through the state of Nebraska Board of Nursing or compounding state.

    - Minimum six months experience is required.

    - Must be 18 years and older.

    - Valid driver’s license.

    - Reliable means of transportation.

  • After the application process is complete, it can take a few days to a week. Employment status requires the employee to complete required forms and provide a mandatory drug test. Our recruitment department will obtain a background check. After all the requirements are collected, our scheduling department will notify you to walk you through the shift assignment process.

  • Assignment length depends on the needs of the facility. Some need healthcare workers for a day, others for months.

  • Your pay rates depend on qualifications, experience, locations, per-diem vs. contract, and other factors such as mileage, bonuses, and specialty units (i.e. Covid Areas, specialty care, etc). Apply Today!
